So lemme get this straight: She Spitfire, riding on top of a spitfire as it writes the word "SPITFIRE" in the air, while spitting fire, AND throwing a flare that is also spitting fire.

Had more of a Queen's "Don't Stop Me Now" going on myself, the sketch really took shape when it started playing during that once scene from Shaun of the Dead.

This drawing is wonderful, but... the plane doesn't really look like a spitifre...(for me the cockpit is the most shocking...). But well, let's say it's hard to draw such a beautiful plane, I wouldn't do as much ^^.

Yeah, feel bad about mucking up the some of the details on this one, I was focused mainly on the front-top end of the plane and sorta slacked for the rest of it because I was eager to get to working on the character. Though I ended up missing a few things there as well (Tail and butt emblem).

No, the Supermarine Spitfire series never had a variant with a canopy that is separate, like this one is. All of them had a canopy that connected into the tail. Also, yes the air filter is missing. I could point out more things, but those are the main ones I could be bothered with.
