Applejack and Rarity helped prepare the two for their date...while Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, and Fluttershy tail them to ensure they have a perfect date.

Yeah, they would. But that was how the story was written before the comic based on it was made...not to mention it would be too many to draw. So yeah, perhaps all of them would tail them if they wanted, but that was just how it was written

Nothing like a wonderful walk through the park after a nice dinner...while your best friends are following you to ensure the date is going well. Not sure if that is the right way for a date to go...but so far, Twilight's perfect night with Courageous may just go exactly as she had hoped...and more!
