Description
I did another picture of Misty as an Anthropomorphic Pokemon, this time as a Dewgong, as an evolution to go alongside her Seel picture. As always, I added a ripped sprite in for comparison.
I made this picture form a doll found here [link] (though that link may be dead, it's the only one I have) and it is used with permission and credit given to the artist, Kawai Fish. The Dewgong sprite was found on this page here [link]
