Description
This is a picture I made of an Anthro form of Misty from Pokemon as a Milotic, a Water Pokemon I thought she might look neat as, as Milotics are supposed to be very pretty.I also added a sprite of a Milotic ripped from Platinum in the corner for comparison.
I made this picture form a doll found here [link] (though that link may be dead, it's the only one I have) and it is used with permission and credit given to the artist, Kawai Fish. The Milotic sprite was found on this page here [link]

I wonder what Milotic skin is like. I'm sure it's smooth like a dolphin or scaly like a fish.

Given that they often have the ability called Marvel Scale, and use Prism Scales to evolve in Gen V, then I am going to guess that they are scaly. Thanks for the comment and all the faves though.
