Mega Man Eternal II is a fan game being made by me, and Mega Man (and related characters) are owned by Capcom. Note that this is a game currently being developed, so it will not necessarily look exactly like this in the final game. In addition, while not shown here, I smoothed out the helmet slightly more on the Metall.
