A very intriguing subject too. Who is the person? Why does he has a good shoe and the other has holes?

Heh, forgot to mention that. It is a chair, and anyone can go and sit in there, either to rest or for a picture. They also have a similarly surreal one that looks more like a couch (long and sitable), but the negative for that one came out screwed, otherwise I'd had post it already.
