I had this one sketched some time ago, but I hadn't added the water effects yet. I was planning on putting some random magical effects, kinda like a blob of magic coming out of the right hand's fingers; but I wanted to try adding water manipulation to it, so here it is

So now you know my fursona can manipulate water at will, yay! Dont mess with him, remember that you all are 70% water His left eye is supposed to glow blue when he is using his powers, hence it lacks a pupil here.

Im trying to color this one in Photoshop (my traditional color skills are below the pathetic level), but it's hard X(
