Okay, so basically, this picture probably breaks the record for longest time in the making. I've sorta been coloring it, getting bored, coloring, getting bored.. etc. But I finally made myself sit down and finish it last night. I've worked on it so long, in fact, that I don't even have anything to say about it anymore o_o I think it came out well enough, but I'm just sorta tired of looking at it so I'm kinda detached... oh well, I hope you peeps like it ^^ I'm on to making more things. Yay! Oh yah, I also decided to make Dax's clothes predominately orange instead of red 'cause I think he rather enjoyed being orange
Also, I might make a print of this and put it on a T-shirt for a contest prize. How'd that be?
Furthermore, I know the perspective is one big stinkin' whack-job, but I just have not the patience to do anything about it. I'm afraid you'll have to deal with scrambled brains as you look at it
EDIT: I forgot to mention I'm not making a tutorial with this picture. I tried to start one but the piece is just too damn big and complicated. I'll make a tutorial with a simpler image so it won't be so confusing.

I had the picture open in a second tab for a while I was doing some other stuff.. And I always returned to the tab and thought: do I log in an add it to my favorites?
But actually there is no other possibility!
I think it's very detailed.. Specially in their faces.. I really l-o-v-e how Daxter's looking at Jak XD
Coloring is very good, but not my favorite "part" of the picture.. I would also favorite the outlines..

i love how the bar looks like some kind of 60's parlor! when i first saw this though i thought daxter was some kind of OC girl but the close up tells me otherwise. i know you aint encouraging critique but i will anyway for i dont know help? anyways jaks legs seem a wee bit thin for his top body structure. though apart from that everythings great! i love how you always seem to grasp an good idea in the making! deffinately one of my favourite artists

I've been thinking of doing fanart lately for the two, but with "human" Daxter, so I've been looking at how others depict him through the time gap.

Ok, Im sorry I faved this last night and didnt comment but my dad wanted me of the 'puter.
Everything about this is amazing. Everthings all reflecty and stuff. And the pinkness makes me happy. I love how deep in conversation they look. I love how Dax looks too. All the orange and his racing pants XD He looks cool with a ponytail.
Jak looks kinda sad though...I wonder why.
