That's not necessarily a bad thing. Just because it's got animal features, and a humanoid form, doesn't mean it has anything to do with beastiality or whatever you think about it. It's on about every cartoon out there (ie, spongebob, dora the explorer, digimon, ect.) It's a genre, not a fetish.

Oh, i'm aware, i just see so much of it on deviant art that i am beginning to detest it by association. You can only see so many "wolf" versions of your favorite characters before it starts to grate on you a bit. ^^
