I loved that show more than you could know. I mean, it was up there with TMNT. And that intro was one of THE MOST RIVETING INTROS EVER. It wasnt till i was browsing through the deviant galleries and came upon an Artist named Shinga ( [link] )that i was overtaken by inspiration and nostalgia. Shes got a great gallery! And read the comics, if you would. They are hilarious. So without further ado, i dedicate this peice to Shinga and the Gargoyles: for if someone remembers, then it is always night, and the gargoyles will never crumble to dust.

this is one of the many awe inspireing peices in your gallery. i have to say this one does stick out, your sketches inspire me and your inks leave me in awe.
I wish i could do decent inks. i keep on trying in photo shop but three or four hours each i just keep on toss'n em. well the only way ill get good is just to keep on trying. btw you rock man.

It WAS great, wasnt it? great story, darker atmosphere, kind of a grey area about what a hero is and what a villian is. Cool animation, great music...the list goes on and on...

Thanks! unfortunetly i dont own any of the series other than the movie (which rocked) and the video game (which also rocked) But i plan on getting more by any means neccesary, savvy?
The crumbling was supposed to make it into kind of a somber peice, Like since no one believed or cared anymore, the gargoyles were slowly crumbling away...No more magic in the night, so to speak. But as it turns out, a whole bunch of people other than me still love the show!! ^_^ so i may do another peice with a more..."the spell is broken, and we LIVE AGAIN!!" kind of feel, hahahaha
