Description
A Work in progress design. Tho, still slow i am trying to update more frequently if i can.I used very simple colours, shadow and lighting at the moment. Had to cg with SAI due to some weird problem with my Photoshop.
Updated the camo paint and the lens, still playing around SAI brushes to see if i can add effects.
Small bit of update on the Cell Armour i design
- A mid - close range Brute that sport a high power Tesla Cannon (for frying internals and possibly the pilot and the resonater, if the voltage can surge pass the protection) for the bigger left arm and experimental mid range tri barrel ion gun for the large right arm. In addition it has four light autocannons near the shoulder piece with additional micro 6 short range plasma missile pods at the rear. The smaller arms each has a small fall back pulse lasers but they can yeild optional weapons if available. Despite a little hulkish look the Telvast has very high acceleration capability and an outstanding deflector sheild and armour for the close in to bring its weapons to maximum efficiency.

excellent design, I like how the broadness in the upper-body gives it an intimidating look, the camo design is cool too

This is stupefying. Kazumi Fujita meets Masamune Shirow meets Kazutaka Miyatake. Just... wow. Really incredible. I'd dying to know about your process.

Synchronicity and timing is a weird thing... soon enough I plan to return to posting more (well as much as I can) so it's very cool to see you dropping back in around the same time frame as well Good to see you back man and slick work as always.

Hey Good to see you too bro. I know what you mean, life is a cruel mistress the older you get. Seems like when you free time, then along comes somethings to grab those precious moments away. I barely have time to game in all honesty these days.
Cant wait to see your stuff back at your pages too. Miss those days where we looks at each other works to inspire each other and our watchers the joy of mech drawing. XD

I hear ya, indeed "life" tends to just happen and you soldier through it. I've managed to still keep busy but I had to really carve out the time when I could. If things can manage to settle down a bit I should be posting a bit more... least that's the plan.
Totally, I miss the old days of everyone posting and inspiring one another. Granted i haven't been able to keep up with things but it seems it's not quite the same anymore. That said the solution is simple, post when we can and the rest will slowly follow
Best!

Indeed, I say we give it a good go and see what happens. Regardless it's just good to get back to posting a bit again and even better to see other folks I know, such as yourself, coming back as well
Onward wagon train!

I definitely sympathize with you. Even finding time to sketch nowadays is tough, given how many events stack up at work and home.
Not that working or tending to life's needs is a bad thing, but uninterrupted creative sessions seem to get rarer the older we become.

yeah, they were not kidding when they said adult life is a complicated mess ... i can really see that happening now. Things just keep pouring in left and right, one after another, beyond ones ability to control.
In your heart you always end up screaming .... 'DAMN IT! I BARELY GOT TIME TO DRAW, GAME , OR WATCH TV and SPEND TIME WITH THE FAMILY. THE HELL MAN!!!'. But still life is life ... slow as it maybe i do squeeze in my time to upload when the sliver of free time does pop in once in a while.
And to make matter worse since i am working in the gaming industry, after reaching the desired position which i am a Assistant Producer, it gets crazier. Lost track of how many time i got home at 2 in the morning (imagine how the lady at home reacts to that when you do that almost 3 - 4 times a week). Guess in this line of work, if you want the big pay / position, stress and insurmountable time must be sacrificed along with it, if you dont like it, stay at the lower position / less pay or get another easier 9 - 5 job.
I am not dissuading you to not try, but that how the industry work. Got lots of friends broke up with their love ones over the long work hours or family complaining that the sacrificing their health for their job and so on. It adds up the the strain of stress that already a lot from the job alone hahaha.
