It looks like it would be a bit clumsy if it were used for inner atmospheric combat, but in space it would probably do well for combat without the air to slow it down.  Also I'm a fan of the geometric look in sci-fi stuff.

Very cool, does not resonate as a fighter for me, I like fighters that as sleek and sexy. >.> lol

Maybe I could go with a gunship/firesupport like the A10 or the AC130 Spector.
