If I may ask, what software did you use to make this?

also, to use skethup boolean feature quick you need plugin that check geometry, Solid Inspector tool.

hi, sure, it's Sketchup 2016 supercharged with some useful plugins. Round corner/Joint push pull standard boolean sketchup feature (solidtools) and vertex editor you can buy at evilsoftwareempire. Very useful tool to speed up process if you want to do such things

Thank you for telling me; I mainly use sketchup and I'll have to try those!

Technical considerations are kinda hard without knowing the technology level behind it.
Are the drives conventional (heat [something], throw it out through a muzzle, use that push to move the ship) or reactionless (space-time-distortion, cosmic string surfing, projected gravitation sinks to pull the ship à la high-end Polity warships, local-grav-field-exploitation à la Kzin in the Ringworld universe)?
What kind of weapons are used (Kinetics / High-Tech powder cannons propelling nasty surprises over light seconds / plasma blaster / Laser/Maser/Graser / missiles?)
What`s the role of this ship (Interdiction, Exploration, Fire Support, Long Range Patrol)?
How big is it anyways? Five meters high? 10? 50?
The shown ship is of solid quality with the optics at least hinting at something close(-ish) to our tech levels or near future.
A massive pylon (weapon, most likely) under the centerline, a small quad barrel turret under the "nose" and framework pylons, maybe for extra ordnance.
A niche touch is the lack of viewports. As every aeronautics engineer today will tell you: Windows suck. They need extra support to not just pop out, they generally weaken the hull and make the whole chassis heavier. Better to add some cameras (sensors in SF speak) and show the picture on a nice flatscreen inside.

It really looks like it can fit in star citizens

Yea, I was thinking of the same thing when I saw it. Has several realistic characteristics such as engines for both forward and backwards thrust, and the engines have a star citizen feel to them. Also has what I assume is a massive railgun like the Idris Frigate has, which is awesome.

Seeing this made me come up with a rough concept for a spaceship.
