Wonderful job, only one I'm not 100% sure about is Vegeta

For anyone who questions Vegeta's placement, read these pages while thinking about Vegeta. I think he leans slightly more towards chaotic neutral or in a 5x5 alignment grid maybe Rebel Impure or Chaotic Impure. The problem is Vegeta's willingness to kill others and take life with no regard. He actually kills more *named* characters on screen than anyone else in the series. Also his willingness to stab the Z-Fighters in the back and go Majin when they had a looming threat. Those actions aren't neutral.

I would argue that Frieza and Cell should switch places.

I'd switch Hercule and Vegeta as well as Cell and Frieza

I believe Gohan should trade places with Goku, since Gohan usually doesn't like fighting even villains unless his friends are under attack or if he really has to, and he later becomes a crime fighting superhero. Goku likes fighting unconditionally.
Mr. Satan should be Chaotic Good, because he wants to beat up the bad guys, but doesn't know what he's getting himself into and sometimes ends up getting in the way of the Z Fighters.
True Neutral should be Android #18, because she used to fight the Z Fighters alongside #17 just for the kicks, and later marries Krillin after the Cell Games Saga. She basically does what she wants, but doesn't necessarily enjoy being evil.
Vegeta should be Chaotic Neutral because, let's face it, he has been a good guy and a villain more than once through out the whole series, and acts majorly on his own interest and gut.
The villains are spot on.
Cell kills people to achieve his set goals, likes to have fun with his opponents before killing them off, and if everything goes FUBAR, he'll just blow himself up alongside everyone else.
Frieza simply does whatever the effin' he wants, including genocide, and particularly enjoys it.
And Majin Buu is just messed up, but clearly enjoys destroying stuff and killing people, or just being evil altogether.

vegeta should've switched places with the guy in "chaotic good" since he is an old pervert who simply wants boobs, while Vegeta is good just with MAJOR anger manegement issues

Good choice. But I'm not sure that Freiza wouldn't not make trouble for 10 days.

....I disagree with Frieza being Neutral Evil. He's more Lawful Evil, & Cell should be the Neutral Evil. As I understand it, being evil is kinda Frieza's 'job' - & he enjoys his work. Cell is more or less ambivalent to everything other than killing Goku, & the Cell Games, etc. were a means to an end, the end being "I want to have fun killing my enemy". If he got bored, he'd be just as likely to act more as a hero than act as a villain.

For Chaotic good, maybe Launch would be a better picture, now that I think of it. Everybody else is spot-on.

Yes, but if you think about it, Frieza was never lawful. He destroyed the saiyan planet because he wanted to, he killed weaker beings in general just to assert his ego, in the fight against Goku he used trickery and fought dishonorably, etc. etc. All of these things are Neutral Evil: Not too chaotic but not lawful by any means. (Fieza also went back to earth to kill stuff out of revenge, not because it was his job to).

Cell on the other hand had specific parameters in which he had to follow to evolve into each form (a lawful trait). When he fought, he also did so in a semi-honorable way (granting Piccolo a "last wish", organizing the cell games, leaving main characters alive when he could have killed them, etc.) Also, Cell intended on being very methodical with his destruction of the universe. He didn't want to blow up the whole planet in one shot like Fieza would but wanted to kill people individually. This level of restraint and organization is very befitting of a lawful evil character.

As far as Launch is concerned, she is more chaotic Neutral because she does most things in her own self interest not for the greater good of others. Also, for half the series she is evil so it is difficult to place her in good or evil and is better placed in neutral.

That's a beautifully worded justification! I was on the fence as to if you had it right but that totally convinced me!
