Beautiful!
Great natural and contrasting colours. The soft transitions bewteen hues in the background is really impressive too - it really lifts the sharps edges of the flowers and the chameleon.
I bet the commissioner was very pleased with the result. I definitely would be.

I like to do different things from time to time.... in that case it was a commission work which pushed me to think in other ways.

yeah that nice fellow is indeed a baby chameleon... as you can see when relating its size to the almond flowers.

it's really interesting... I found it difficult to only use wet on dry or wet on wet...
So I tried to use this hybrid technique.
