Description
Toy Story 3 is an awesome movie. It was definitely darker than the first two. That incinerator scene was scary! Though I felt it got a bit too dramatic. Why wouldn't the toys believe Woody about being thrown out by accident? And I think Andy's attachment to Woody was sweet, yet a little odd. I guess I can't relate to it, because I stopped playing with my toys a LONG time ago.Still. Great movie. Go see it.

I took some of my old toys to collage with me. I didn't play with them, but their presence gave me comfort. They sat on my bookshelf.

The ending reminded me a bit of the Brave Little Toaster but a bit more dramatic (a little overboard, but still good), I like how TS3 builds up the ending by having several "Gotchya" moments earlier in the film, it essentially "toys" with us.

HA! You were the first to notice.
But nah, Luxo Jr.'s fine. The reports of his warranty expiring and getting thrown in the trash was highly exaggerated.

Besides the monthly check from Pixar, he has a regular desk job.

I gave away my LEGO to my nephew years back; it felt a bit sad but having room for books and comics was more important to me.

Out of all the toys I'm bringing with when I move out, I'll take my teddy from my infant years, and my Kirby plushie from Nintendo World.

I was hyperventilating the whole time in that incinerator scene...geez, Pixar, you didn't have to go THAT far for dramatic moments!

Strangely enough I was going to do this with Woody..... But I'm sure he'd be scared laying next to me all decomposing and what not...

yeah, I stopped playing with toys a while back, but I did hang on to certain ones for a long time afterward. Finally got rid of most of the favorites during my last move, when they came out of storage. I still keep the stuffed animals around, but they're good decorations and travel pillows, they are.
