Is making a Pokemon parody outdated? Some say yes.I say shove it.
I'm going to add shading later. I'm not going to go too crazy with the coloring with this strip that often anymore, Mark Schultz told me it clashes with my art style.

I'm going to stop getting fancy like having so much lighting and shading. Pretty much tone down the look. Which I don't mind, because it takes really long to make anyway. Heck, I might not even shade this at all anymore...

I'm kind of doing that now. But over time, and if Conroy Cat or Toon Watch gets more readers, than I'll make comics/animations based on my other cartoon ideas.

Well I kind of meant working for a studio or making your own studio, showing your ideas to a large audience, but I would like to see your other ideas.

I wouldn't mind working at an animation studio someday. But I think that moment passed because I didn't do any internships, and it's really hard to get in the industry without them, so I'll just make my own stuff and tell my friends and families, and hopefully they'll tell others.

I don't think it's ever too late for something, just a delay. I think you might have a chance to do something. Don't let a moment pass you by. Your ideas are pretty much some of the most original I've seen in years! Especially that Teen Goddess Kassandra comic. I can see that as a Nickelodeon cartoon. Sorry if I sound preachy, but I just want to see if I can help.

It's more than just a pokemon parody.
It's a parody of Yugioh, digimon, dinosaur king, beybalde, bakugan, gromitti etc. etc.

He's an artist that's done some pretty epic stuff, and he won some awards too. He's the current writer of the long running newspaper comic "Prince Valiant". And he's my art professor.
