At times like this, I wish I understood Russian.

Ungooglable. Too many mistypings and deliberate mistakes of urban dictionary kind. Sorry, bro.
To make long story short - I have described how pictures like this could be made into book-covers in one of our most ill-famous publishing houses.
They have made reputation of very questionable sort by printing large amounts of poorly written military alternatives (op-pa schizomilitarism style ~__^) and post-aps of the worst possible kind. Some later achievments actually included Neon Genesis Evangelion and Star Wars mary-sue fiction with deliberately removed serial numbers. Both as series. No joking, no shit.

So, basically 10% more of picture added in left field for central part of cover and a large black field with pony head and text square as rear side will suffice as an actual book cover.

Joke is, precedents of well-written longsellers appearing in russian sci-fi and fantasy scene only because author loved alternative book cover so much to actually write second book did happened at least once.

And I know at least one published author describing Pony Joseph Stalin Mary-Sue road to Rrrevolution at the moment, which fits into their publishing line perfectly ^_^'''

Urgh. That's probably a bit more than you ever wished to know about russian sci-fi and fantasy for wide commercial audience.

Actually, it makes me feel a little better about not understanding Russian.
(Still, it's not like we don't have our own fair share of horrible English fan-fictions that get published.)
