i made it through both of the newish fallout games (3 and new vegas) without attaining a single follower...that would have made things a whole lot easier.....

I love this game! Those robots remind me of a Dalek's eyestalk. I love when Andy cut the cake in the beginning. Also, Mr.Gutsy is awesome.

Until you run across a random pack of 3 in the middle of the Wasteland, and they're hostile.

I recruited Charon, and he killed Ahzreal or whtever his name is, and I talked to that one guy who wanted the keys, and I was like "No, bitch. They're my keys." and he got hostile, and everyone in Underworld got hostile. I am good karma so I only killed the bitch, and I booked it out of Underworld. When I came back, no one was hostile anymore, but there were ghoul bodies all over the place. I was like, "Charon! What did you do?!?"

Well, one time outside the Republic of Dave, I was talking to Charon, and he was showing his teeth while we were talking. It was kind of freaky... but it was because there was an enimyt nearby!!!

Fawkes! I was so ridiculously excited when I got him as a companion for the first time I was turning around every five seconds to make sure he was following me. Since then, I have newfound love for super mutants.
One weird thing however is that I can't bring him in Moriarty's saloon anymore, or Jericho starts to shoot him and everyone gets in the fight with the dude when Fawkes defends himself.
Dogmeat is cute, but it's harder to keep him alive than to play on my own! XD
Your drawing of them is very cute... well, except for Fawkes, because he can't be cute with the face he has!

Fawkes is one of the best followers in the game, he is practically invincible. You can only recruit him if your character is good though.

I'm gonna have to go down from my Paladin (Just got it to!) Karma level to get Butch. But totally gonna be worth it. (The churches better be ready for a lot of donations!)

make the the darkness on full and kill your h.u.d then go to the dunwitch building and then well 2 options you crap your pants and go to your home in Skingrad and water you garden or go in the dunwitch and earn your manhood and if your a girl your more manly then many men i know

After you finish the quest "Trouble on the Homefront"(the one where you return to vault 101) he'll be at the Muddy Rudder in Rivet City. Also you need to have neutral karma.

I never got that far... Thanks though, I'm at neutral now though even after reducing megaton to tiny radioactive cinders.

Fallout 3 has made me a terrible person. Dogmeat died on my last save so I went to every friendly settlement and completely destroyed them all painfully. Then I laughed. I feel sad now. lol

Ahem, for the whole thing, you need to do the "Trouble on the Homefront" quest before Butch will appear in Rivet City's Muddy Water.
