[UPDATE 3.11.15] - I've decided to start adding the cards that my illustrations are created for. Lovely. And I like the idea, that with her connection to the earth she sees all these things no other pony can. I imagine none of her friends can imagine the rough and tough farm pony crying at the beauty of nature.

Applejack: "It was--*hic!*--THEM! The--*hic!*--little bush-fairies!" [Drunkenly charges at the bullies' hiding spot]

[Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon, spooked, leaps out of the bushes and makes a run for it]
Applebloom: "AHA! Ah knew it could only been yah two! Wait up, sis! They ain't no bush fairies! SIS!"

[Diamond Tiarra and Silver Spoon tore pell-mell down the dirt road leading to Sweet Apple Acres, Applejack hot on their heels...despite her near-constant stumbling and slurred mumbles about "bush fairies"]
Silver Spoon: "What do we do, Diamond?! This wasn't supposed to happen!"
Diamond Tiarra: "You think I don't know that?! Drunk ponies aren't supposed to run this fast! And why didn't she shrink?! We used Poison Joke!!"
Applejack: [Slurring] "I'm gonna gesha, buszh farieszh! Ah'll feeds yas to a shpider!!"
Silver Spoon: "IT DOESN'T MATTER, JUST RUN!!"
