My first tutorial :s I hope it pertains to be useful to someone... hopefully hehe. But this is a basic tutorial on how I do my realistic drawings from paint tool Sai for those who are wondering
and I use the expired version 
so just prt screen your work to save it and you can always open it again the exact same way. Just draw a selection around your drawing then under the the canvas option choose Crop by selection.Picture: [link]

Use the square marquee tool to select the image, then go to the canvas tab and click "trim to canvas". I found a visual tutorial here: [link] . Enjoy
