sup bro. this peice took me a lil bit to get to grips with and understand what was goin on (the semi-transparent griffon ghost had me buzzin 4 a minit.) but once i realised why i could see the chains thru the body i spent a solid 5-10 (minits not seconds!) appreciating it. this is some serious work and i bet there had to be some careful planning too. wheres the mistakes at! awesome range of textures and techniques, im sure i even saw some pointilism in there. i wont fav it, u kno my fav's are alredy full of dp ballpoints, but this is sum seriously hot shit. i'm off 4 another look.

Thanks I'm glad you like it enough to fav it, so thanks. Quick tip: If you ever want to do a piece with a ghost, pen is not the quickest and easiest way to go.

Well, transparency is a bitch with whatever tool you approach it I guess... In my college days I had to draw glass objects with marker and pencil and it looked like shit. And lately my sister has been complaining about little transparent beings she was trying to render in Flash and it took her ages of experimenting till they finally came out the way she wanted to... My advise: stick to solid subjects. Dan't make life harder than it already is.
