Oh look. Two updates in one day. I'm really excited for future scenes. We're getting closer. When I first started playing with the idea of doing a comic, the first two characters I came up with were Nule and Mr. Question mark here. I experimented doing a bunch of silent four panel comics just involving Nule and Mr. Question mark. And I LOVED their dynamic.I'm excited.
So Fergus... grabbing Nule without any warning or explanation probably wasn't the smartest idea if you wanted him to keep quiet and not scream bloody murder. It looks like Mr. Question Mark may have heard something...

I first read 'clamp' on the 6th panel as 'crunch', I thought Fergus accidentally broke Nule's entire bone structure or something and I was very worried XD

So far it seems that all Nule has is enemies. Except for Fergus. But Nule certainly doesn't see it that way.
Mr. question mark could very easily be an enemy. His motives are yet to be determined. We'll have to wait and see.

Sigh, guess it's gonna take Fergus a little longer to learn the 'warn before grabbing' rule when it comes to smaller races. Though I suppose Nule wasn't giving him a whole lot of choice just then.
I'm excited too! I can't wait to get more info about question mark and see what he'll do in the coming pages. Thank you for the additional page today!
Also, just gotta say that Fergus must have some real squeaky boards if someone as small as Nule was able to make that noise.

Fergus has seen Goblins from a distance while visiting the city. But he's never had to interact physically with someone this small before. Its a bit of a struggle.
Question Mark is a fun character to write. He might not be fun for Nule however.
