I'm back! ...well sort of... uhm anyways~ this tutorial was requested...by ~akitou anyways, they didn't specify which look of Shiyuu they wanted so I went ahead and picked on myself. As I mentioned above, this is simple and nothing extremely spectacular compared to anything else I've done in the past.I just wanted to get something up there, you know? I hope to have something a bit more interesting up next and hopefully soon since it's almost summer vacation for me ( yes I'm still in school
) I also need more supplied too D:anyways~ feel free to ask questions give me your feedback and send your results!

you should try either the dollar store or some arts and crafts store. I randomly got them in this denim jewelry thing >>;
you never know what you'll find xD and if you cant find those, you can even use those diamond stickers people use for their phones or even on their body
