This spider can be seen camping out atop the chive flowers every day. And it's no wonder; all the pollinators have been flocking to the blooms, making themselves easy prey. In this picture, the spider had just caught a tiny wasp or bee and was tying it up with a few strands of silk to keep the meal for later.Green Lynx Spider (Peucetia viridans)
