(SP = "Slacker Pic")In my little interpretation of the Pokemon World, legendary Pokemon are unobtainable. No one can catch them no matter how hard they try, thus making them true legends. Because of this, these Pokemon are seen more as spirits and deities of nature than actual Pokemon, and are often called upon in times of hardship. Of these legends, Celebi, the Spirit of the Forest and Time, and Jirachi, the Wishmaker, are easily the most beloved and sought after. In some cultures, these two are cherished almost as much as gods. They are prayed to and called upon by both those who truly need and deserve their help and those who wish to use their powers for some dark purpose.

Please grant to me the gift of Time,
O Great Spirit Celebi!

I've heard that they're actually some of the best Psychic-types aside from Mewtwo and Mew, so yeah.

Anyways, YES. I absolutely LOVE/ADORE Celebi. 
*ahem* I like your little interpretation thing. I feel the need to agree with you. I mean, it just sounds right. Someone, in my opinion, couldn't possibly capture a legendary pokemon. Otherwise, they wouldn't be much.. well, "legendary."

I never knew you like Celebi and Mewtwo...or even any Pokemon for that matter. Heh, if I were to say I resemble a Pokemon, I'd probably say a Snorlax or an Ursaring. 
Glad you agree with me about the "catching legendary Pokemon" thing. Some people who play the games hate me for saying it, or just disagree, but it's just more logical. I mean honestly, how could some trainer control, say, Mewtwo? They couldn't! He'd make their head a' splode.
And...I actually hate making cute things, but I like this. I want to do one of Mew and Mewtwo after hearing Mewtwo's data on Fire Red. (They said Mew gave birth to him!

XD Ya kiddin? Just about every kid loved pokemon at one point in their life. Ah, my fandom died down by quite a lot, but it's still there.

True, true. I can't stand the show anymore...although it never really was good. Sometimes I watch it to see some of the Pokemon's movement for when I draw them, or just to pick on it.
