I find it distracting that the texture of the wing skin is so sharp and detailed but the wing-arms were just left unfinished, and nothing else shares that same amount of detail. It looks like it was taken with an auto-focus camera. The dragon's face and the girl should have been the sharpest, clearest, most detailed part of the image.
The purple flames look cool though.
