Description
ok, I've got a trial of Adobe Photoshop CS2 now, so for a while, I'll be working on my space immages again. I said I would do a series, one for each color (meet my friend ROY G BIV Raise your hand if you know what I'm talking about -bangs head on desk- ) so this is Red. Again, I did this in three parts, all the right size for prints, so they can go together too, or seperate if you want.ok, this is the full version, and let me point out a few things. I am aware of the red line, I can't get rid of it. I know the rays from the big stars look corney, but the process I use makes it difficult to remove them.. at the moment I don't know how to, actually.
I absolutely hate the star field, I half-assed it and this is the result.. I love the big planet though... Actually, I tried something new with the planets. I've been told the plants in my prevoius works all look too sharp against the background.. or the outline looks to sharp and defined.. so I tried softening it... did it work?
For those who don't know, these are part of a larger series of the colors, and I've already finished Green. I will wait till I finish them all to do more of them as backgrounds, like I did Green and Stars for a wallpaper. just because I can do that in Elements, but I can't make the whole picture in elements like I can in CS2.
does anyone want a wallpaper?
EDIT: for some reason, when I try to view the zoomed-out version, it won't let me.. does anyone else have this problem?

Wow. Red makes for a reaaaallly sureal starscape. It's beautiful, but kinda eerie at the same time.
That big planet really is wonderful.
