September 2014A few overworld sprites to accompany the battle sprites of my unfinished Earthbound hack. I tried to go for a style that was as detailed like contemporary JPRGs but cartoony like the original game. I might've gone overboard on the shading but color usage is very efficient and I succeeded in the goals I set for myself.
From top to bottom these are Ness, Pajama Ness, Porky, Paula, Jeff, Poo and a Diamondized character.
