I think Palutena might be, but Kirby actually doesn't gain any speed while wearing sonic's hair. Shulk is only fast when using his Speed Ether, other wise he moves pretty standard form what I saw in the trailer.

In the Japanese version, Shulk comes from a time period (whether it be the past, or a future where technology on the modern scale was lost) where it's okay to go swimming in your boxers, so technically they are boxers. Actually, I'm sure almost all of the final fantasy characters, barring ones set in a more scientific world such as 7 and 10, as well as other characters from fantasy games with the type of settings for Xenoblade and FF would have the men swimming in their boxers.
