Yeah....I could've made him more cartoony...but I didn't. I tried to make him a bit taller...but I don't know if I succeeded. And the crotch is weird now that I look at it. Whatever, I need to make a more cartoony one to accentuate his features heh... But at least I succeeded in the 'snooty' look...I hope 
EDIT: GAH The legs aren't long enough....I hate when I finish these things THEN I find the flaws D:.
