BEAUTIFUL!!! The feathers look amazing! I like that you put different shades of green in there and having blues and reds in the feathers. It really helped with defining them. The one issue I have is the larger tail feathers could have a little more value in it. The colors on them are amazing but they all have the same shade on them and it kind of makes them look out of place with the rest of the drawing.
Another amazing thing I like to mention is the ruffles of the feathers on top of his head is such a nice attention to detail, I'm glad you didn't smooth it out. Amazing peacock drawing!

Thank you very much! Yes you are right about the larger feathers, they don't look really Nice. I had a lot of problems with them and at the end i was totally done with this drawing.
I always have some problems with layering the colors, so that's why they all look like the same.

I know that feeling, when you see a problem with your drawing but you just can't be bothered. That's how I was with a few of my drawings.
Layering color with color pencil it difficult, I can never get the hang of it.

Dit is echt zo mooi! Het is echt vrij moeilijk om een pauw te tekenen met zijn staart open. Dus dit is spectaculair! Ik hoop dat je nog meer maakt

This is so pretty Nynke. I love the colors and the way you have done the feathers. Very realistic and the position of the peacocks head and eye really leads the viewer's eye directly into the drawing. Wonderful work on this drawing.
