PFFFFFFFFFF up to snuff? There are very few people who can manipulate colored pencils in such a fantastic way.
Can I just say... OMG you draw shoulders so well? I have a weakness to two things when it comes to character design; white hair and shoulders. EVERY TIME. SO GAWGEOUS ;3;
Also, I freaking ADORE how you use green to make Arc's skin look like a richer black *__* (I'm so sorry if that's not his name... I found lots of Nil and Ink in your gallery, but I couldn't find any of him T______T)
And don't even worry about the wait!! I commissioned it so you'd have something fun to work on with your own characters, goof!
To be honest, even without a background, this picture is stunning!
If you were wanting to add one, however... maybe it could be in their home? Or in a forest? (I don't know why, but I'd love to see a rich green color if there was a background @_@)

Also Arc used to be known as Tar before I retconned it due to the fact tar is manmade and wouldn't logically exist in their world ahah
He's partially iridescent, so I'm glad the effect worked. c:

I remember I used to be terrified of colouring him because I found the iridescence so hard, but now... idk. I know how to do it but I tend to focus on other things.
