Duddle 58Originally conceived as a combination of artificial pet, vacuum cleaner and general fetching device, the RVDU001 (codename "Fido", presumably no relation to the Total Annihilation unit of the same name) showed early promise but was hampered by behavioural problems and over-eagerness in its cleaning duties.
Lots of sketchy details, could probably use another tidy-up pass to sort out some of the joints and stuff (although I think some of it would need a redraw to fix properly). I sort of wish I'd given him a little carry handle.

Gosh I loved the Fidos, good range and a neat punch and so much cheaper than the cans. Put enough of em at patrolling a bridge or corking up a bottle-neck and you could feel safe for a couple of waves

I like it! I can really appreciate the difficulty positioning the legs having tried to draw my first mechanical quadruped a month back, 4 pages of sketches and skeletal plans later I finally got it
(no it's not uploaded as art like yours puts my efforts to shame).
