Description
This was just a quick "I'm bored" sketch that turned into a fully coloured jobby. Spent longer than I would've liked on it, because I'm a little out of practise and was playing around with a bit of a different style of face... I'm torn as to whether this thing looks better in black and white or in colour, but if I give you the colour then you can always greyscale it for yourself...
Oh, yeah, it's a picture of Wu the Lotus Blossum (I think that was her full title anyway) from BioWare's Jade Empire. Can't say it's an amazing likeness, but it'll do

Man this was a great rpg (I used the Furious Ming model but changed his name and fighting style). I would say I''d love to see a sequel but going by the example of their newer games there's too much risk it would be terrible.

Hmm, not great. Good for a quick picture, but the face is awful. I can see a good potential in you though to do less anime styled characters from this, so I think you should develop this style (as long as you do not leave your great anime style of course), but this face in particular just looks completely wrong. The nose is too large, the positioning of her features is off and disproportionate and the ear looks like some weird flake of skin. The breasts fall too low too making them look more like weird tubes.
For a quick picture though, which you said it was, it is good.

Pretty damn good for a quickie.... I like the shading and highlights on the hair best. Her eyes seem a little strange, they really stand out.

Eyes are still one of the things I need to work on. Drawing that picture, and a quick doodle after it, has given me some ideas of things I might be doing wrong... I guess I'll find out next time I draw something XD

Looking at almost all of the artwork that you have done in the past, the eyes have been really good, but then again, they were also the same as a lot of other artists out there. Same goes for me too - it's hard to get an individual style going - especially with something like eyes since they are quite small and so can only be drawn/coloured and so on, in only so many ways.
As for you doing something wrong... It's only what strikes me personally, but the 'shine' on the eyes seems a little too over powering. Thats what stands out at me anyway...

looks great to me. i like the change in the face... smaller eyes, bigger nose... it looks pretty good. the bust is kinda awkward....
