I'mma give this a go for Dakota. I may or may not go through with it of course, depending if I can develop this version of her enough. Just uploading it already since Sta.sh is a butt. But yeah, I did evolve her unfortunately since there was already a Meowth in the group. I'm not a huge fan of Persians but I guess design wise as an anthro their isn't much of a difference. I also used refs for her outfit and hair~ It's pain so she's def gonna have some sort of casual look too. XD

But yeah, this may or may not work out. We'll see.

Surprisingly, Dakota was originally a very shy little girl. She hardly spoke out when she was around her family, especially since most of the time her father would've punished her if she did. So she grew to be secluded and quiet. When she went out, when other kids tried to play with her. She would just be awkward about it. Stuttering, half the time unable to even give them her name. So she never made many friends. So naturally, she wished she wasn't so shy. That she would be able to speak out and be able to talk. That she would be able to make friends.

So Mr. Dark did this for her. But when she opens her mouth, it's hard to shut her up to be frank. She'll go on and on about whatever she can, until she runs out of things to talk about, or to breath even. But due to this... people find her incredibly annoying now. So instead of making friends... most people just refuse to be around her.

Personality:

Initially Dakota was a very shy little girl.

But now, after making her deal with Mr. Dark, she's now kind of hyper. Her hyperactive nature help with her act of course. But it also makes her a bit... strange to be around. As stated, due to her wish once she starts talking she can't stop. And the things she does talk about can be a little weird at times. She's become rather silly, and prone to doing somewhat outrageous things.

History:

Dakota was born into a somewhat high class family. Her father dealt in business, and her mother stayed at home with her. Though they also had servants and such. All seemed like this little family was quite happy, and nothing could happen to take that away. Though, when Dakota was young her mother passed away from an unknown illness. Dakota being so young at the time didn't understand what that meant. All she knew that her mother was 'on a trip' from what her father had told her.

Due to this, she was now with her father most of the time. Her father had moved his business meetings into their home. And Dakota wasn't allowed to be apart of them of course. Or when she would sit with her father during them, she was not allowed to speak. Else her father would scold her. She became a very quiet and shy girl from this. She didn't have any other children to interact with for most of her childhood. She had the servants, but her father would get angry at them if they played with her. She didn't understand why, but she didn't want her father to be mad at them, so she soon stopped doing that as well.

Getting a bit older, she would be allowed to go out. Go to places where she could play. Where their were other children. Though, most of the time she would sit quietly, not wanting to bother them while they play their games. When one would actually come up to her, and try to talk to her. She failed to get much out. A few stuttered letters, but by then the other child would be bored with her, and go back to playing. So she would be left alone.

Though their was always one thing her father would do for her growing up. Whenever the Circus would come to town he would always make sure to take her. She was always so amazed at what they were capable of doing. And would try to imitate the things they would do, such as the trapeze and other acrobatics, when she could. Her father saw her doing these things and worried that she would want to actually join the circus. He would not have his daughter be a circus performer. So he soon began teaching her himself, about business and other things. He would allow her to become his secretary, so she was taught how to type, and file papers, take care of bills and set up his appointments for him. She enjoyed helping her father of course, but she was growing bored of the job she was force into. As she got older her trips to the circus got less and less frequent of course. Though her shy nature never went away. She would never speak to her fathers clients, only set up the meetings. A few words such as 'Right this way sir' and such were all she ever said, all she was ever taught to say.

On her 20th birthday, a circus had actually come to town the day. So her father allowed her to go visit and gave her the day off. He was too busy to go with her. But she didn't mind. After the show, she was wandering around the stalls and such the circus had set up. Before too long she was approached by the ring master, which caught her off guard. He spoke, and seemed to know everything about her. She didn't have to say a word, until he asked her what she would wish for, and the wish seemed to just flow out of her.

Due to this... she never got to see her father again. And that was nearly 20 years ago.
