Cheers! It's stuff that you don't get to see in action too often sadly. Takes a little bit to get used it, especially when you have to cheat your way to get the expected results xD

Hehe, thanks! Had so many difficulties with it that I was close to giving up. I actually wanted to get way more done regarding it, like having an actual animation or at least a better pose, but I guess I need more practice, all due time

I'm glad you persevered through it!! It's really spectacular and is right on point with the model sheet. You've made me feel inspired to give 3D modeling another go (I've tried a few times but always give up lol).

Yeah, I have a thing for imitating stuff, noticed that other artists didn't followed the sheet 100% xD
When it comes to 3D, you bump a lot into technical issues as well as having a hard time keeping up with the industry's progress (new techniques and huge software upgrades, or new tools altogether).
Kinda wish I was a pixel artist or focused more on 2d graphics... or coding, as I'm constantly struggling with it Anyway, glad I inspired you.
Modeling was the simple part for me, dealing with Freestyle renderer and making sure everything looks properly was the time consuming part.
It's only my second model using Freestyle after all, almost got the hang of it hopefully, knowing its strengths, weaknesses and workarounds.

I am, really nice you kept a black line out while it's rotating

Doing that was quite a struggle xD The pipeline is not fully polished so I had to do some manual drawing to fix stuff, anyway, I don't get to see 3d stuff that looks cartoony very often, so I might stick with it, even if time consuming and frustrating

That's why I like it so much, don't see it that often.
Yes, good art takes time my friend U^U but it pays off eventually
