ych for IDGCaptainRussia94 on FA!

I had the lines and flats done for quite some time, but this one took a bit longer to get to and finish, due to inconveniently timed Slow Art Times, and the background being more of the type that requires heavy brain thought (as opposed to the kind I know by muscle memory like sky ones) - for those reasons, my turnaround can vary from 3 hours from receiving pay all the way up to a few months, depending on my free time/hours at work, art mojo, current queue, and how easy the piece is :'D

but I was able to sit down and tell myself to make progress today, and ended up finishing the whole thing ヽ༼ ຈل͜ຈ༽ ﾉ
think it took like 4-ish hours altogether, I think, maybe a lil more, and I'm pr pleased with it~
and got to try backlighting for once! ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ

after these next few owed pieces I'll probs add to the available ychs again and then update it :3c
