Jan. 4, 2013.Original character Magni RavenSong. He's a scholarly mage in Odalis's 'dweller court.
I may change his hair or nose later on, but for now I'm satisfied. I tried to focus on his sense of determination and keep him looking strong but still youthful.
This was done on a 2000 pixel canvas, but it took so long to save on GIMP that I finally just gave in and resized it again after I had already cropped it a few times.

Woah, this is extremely good! It might be the attention to detail with all of the shading in the skin or the texturing in the hair. Perhaps it is just how well the portrait comes together as a whole. But bravo!
