To be honest, I can't really see a Jak 4 working out (minus Combat Racing, that game kicked ass) as Jak 3 wrapped up everything (-ish)

Ya, I call BS on that too. It was just something said by other fans.
It COULD have been an SA3 if it followed the storyline of SA1 & 2, & if it didn't have so many bad glitches & plotholes, but alas, it does have bad glitches & plotholes in it, & it's not anywhere near connected to the storyline of the original 2. That is what ruined it & kept it from being SA3.

TBH, I'm not really waiting for an SA3. I'm rather waiting for...
1) Rayman to return to 3D so we can get a NEW Rayman game that has that "Great Escape" feel that the classic Rayman fans LOVE. Don't get me worng, I think Origins & Legends are neat, but I prefer the beautiful, 3D looks of Rayman 2, 3 & even the Rabbids series. & while you're at it, UBISoft...bring back LY THE FAIRY! Us classic fans MISS her!
2) Speaking of classics...Activision should give Spyro back to Insomniac & Crash back to Naughty Dog! They have been RUINING Spyro & Crash for long enough! It's time that they give them back to their original companies so that they can save those classic franchises!

I got to the third level and am still stuck on that fucking level.

mainly as it's a water level with one of the worst submarines ever.

God...freaking subs!...I hate submarine related levels! >.< Heak, even the underwater sub level in Sonic Boom. (Sonic & Amy are escaping an underwater base with a crystal, using a sub to escape.) It was a f***ing NIGHTMARE!

The worst part about it in EWJ is that it's on a time limit, and you can't damage the submarine. On the bright side, the boss fight in that level is pathetic (the boss is a goldfish)
