This particular coyote, I could have reached out the car window and touched. It had absolutely no regard for my presence at all for some reason. I am surprised it did not turn to snap fingers and give me a snooters look before finally wandering off.Β

This critter was right along the highway in the Lamar Valley of Yellowstone Park. An area more famous for wolves, so the poor coyotes are related to second position.Β

The Park is a most outstanding place to see diddly darn dandy things. I will attach a link here of an incident that recently happened which is not that far from where this coyote photo was taken. In the video of the link, there is a grove of trees off to the side of the frame where i have seen a wolf feeding on a bison carcass in the past.Β
