And so the first non-Disney non-animated kiddies are Tim and Lex from Jurassic Park.
Don't you judge me. Don't you dare judge me. And if you deny that Jurassic Park is a perfect movie you're lying.
Those Phil Tippett dinosaurs still look freaking amazing.And y'all can thank *Zimeta for this one, she bribed me to go through with it. X3
What's strange about me is that I distinctly remember not really liking the kids in JP. 'Cause, you know, I'd always root for the raptors (though I did feel bad when the cool hunter guy Muldoon got eaten). But now as adult I like them? I don't know I'm just odd like that. As a kid I didn't like movies with annoying bratty kids in them, but now as an adult I like it.
Oh! Something interesting about Ariana Richards (the girl who played Lex): she became an artist. And a damn good one, too. Look her up!

An amazing film with wonderful effects. I refused to watch it because of the fact that dinosaurs ate people and that was 100% nightmare fuel...Plus i walked in on my parents watching it right when the guy's arm dropped on the girl in the switch room. Oh, childhood...

I remember when I was younger I refused to like Jurassic Park because it was a dinosaur movie and dinosaurs are for boooooys. How could I ever have been so ignorant?

....aye, though it is a bit hilarious to see a novel get retconned like that by the very same author....its just like, "Dude, we know you totally did it just to get the sequel"....but its Crichton so we keep lovin' his goofy self all the same....X3

AHHHHHH. What a GREAT pair of kids to add to your series and to deviate from non-Disney, non-cartoon. Such a classic movie, absolutely wonderful in every which way, haters be hatin'. Honestly, it was a wonderful movie, and yeah! So cool that she grew up to be an artist. It's always nifty to see how child actors grow.

I recently rediscovered Jurassic Park. I mean I've always loved it, but it just kinda sat on my shelf for a number of years. Watching it again after so long, my love has been rekindled~
