Description
This scale model was printed using Frosted Ultra Detail plastics at Shapeways.com. It was designed in FormZ at one mm per actual cm on the real deal, measured to the nearest 1/8 of a respective unit, printed, then painted with acrylics. I don't like the way the paint turned out so I'm going to experiment with other kinds of paints to get better results. Enamels will look better but I haven't yet tested them on this FUD plastic.Related content

Interesting experiment with 3D printer, curious to see how it will turn out for the next time!

Even though you said 1:10 scale, it's extremely hard to judge from this photograph. Β Next time I'd highly recommend putting down a coin like a penny or a quarter or even a ruler to really show off the size.
