You will fight alongside your troops, you will ensure they are equipped with the best that we can procure, and you will hope that they forgive your past lack of empathy.

Make no mistake I expect results, for every Rebel attack that succeeds, for every spy that leaks information, for every defector that escapes our clutches there will be a price to be paid, and make no mistake gentlemen - I will be paid in full, lest the Emperor himself collect the debt you owe."

Heh, this one's been on the drawing board for a while now. Finally managed to get it put together
The result of several discussions between myself and a friend as to what would happen if we were making the decisions of high-ranking imperials (because come on, they made a lot of really daft choices). One thing led to another and 'Admiral Atlis' was plopped into my head as a Tori-alternate that needed to happen.
