No. I have a pallet of Lego primary colors that I optionally use with the app that does Legos of bigger images (not sprites). Although more true to Lego form, it normally looks like crap. I thought that since sprites all used hand picked colors for each pixel, I should respect the choice made by the person who made the image.
I'll try adding the option for using the Lego color pallet and see how it turns out.
