Description New design of my wfrr fursona, Cutthroat! Each number has its own set of notes that you should keep in mind about her.

1. These are just a few expressions her eyes can make. Notice the difference in her pupils when she is in shock or terror. This is also the only time when her eyes are so big and close together. Also: no matter what, there's always a small fold of the skin underneath her eyes (perhaps it's from a lack of sleep idk).

2. She has a fearsome set of teeth; while most of them are around the same length, two sets of fangs located in the upper jaw are significantly longer and stick out beyond the lips when her mouth is closed. All teeth can be visible when she opens her mouth wide enough (such as when she shouts or laughs).

3. As of the new design, she now wears a brown cloche hat. I wanted her to have more of a 1920s gangster look and realized that what she was missing was an awesome hat. Since I wanted her hat to be unique and to stand out from the hats that the patrol weasels wear, I decided to look up what different 1920s headwears looked like. I stumbled upon the look of a cloche hat and decided to try it on my fursona. I personally think that she looks much better this way, and it'd also help with the whole 'gender thing' since most people upon looking at her instantly think she's male.

3. I will stress the fact that my fursona here is a STOAT and not a WEASEL. The two are commonly mistaken animals, but they are not the same. Pay attention to the size difference between her and a weasel (stoats irl are bigger than weasels regardless of gender). Unlike the typical patrol weasel she also has a visible tail (marked in red 'pencil').

4. And here is the last note I will be writing down. This is what my fursona looked like in her previous design. Her spiky hair is visible in all its spiky glory when she is not wearing a hat so if ever her hat flies off or something this is what she looks like.

More random info about her can be found here: drstoat10.deviantart.com/art/I…

Any specific kind of name you're going for?
What I see is Yolanda, which oddly sounds like Wanda to me. :v

I don't see stoats too often aside from your drawings. ;3;

Well if you know the patrol weasels their names are based upon their characteristics. Stupid and Psycho's names are self-explanatory. Names such as Wheezy or Greasy are a little bit trickier but still remain close to their characteristics. Wheezy is a chain-smoker which results in constant wheezing and Greasy uses a lot of hair gel (or maybe he doesn't) which makes his hair super greasy. I assume Smartass got his name from being smart (or at least from acting like he is).

Hmm, alright characteristic focused names. Makes sense. ovo (Smartass has me weak tho. XD )
So what sticks out the most on this character? Y'know, aside from her spiky hair?
Other than that she looks pretty snazzy in that outfit. :>

...Well in one of my previous posts there's like a paragraph or more describing a little bit about her. A few things I left out about her in that one is that she's very loose with her words and doesn't really hesitate to leave a bad first impression upon people with her language. She's also a bit young so her emotions can overwhelm her sometimes (in cases such as love or anger and crap). So far I haven't found any names that seem to capture her personality very well. :/

I've read and so I see,

She's willing to take risks.
Doesn't take shit from no one,
Prefers accuracy over speed.
Requires detailed information to complete objective.

Hmmm, I can see why you're having difficulty choosing a name for her. o-o

I was about to ask you about the name part, when I saw someone beat me to the punch. :3

I tried looking synonyms for "deadly" in the thesaurus, and I came up with.....SAVAGE WEASEL. XD That sounds so terrible...

Should she have the word "stoat" or "weasel" at the end of her name? (I'm guessing that people in her world mistake her for a weasel.)

Aye, I think the word "stoat" would be more appropriate lol. Savage Stoat perhaps? idk.

After a little more digging through the thesaurus, I found the word "madcap," which means

"wildly or heedlessly impulsive; reckless; rash."

It seemed to fit in with the whole "she doesn't care what anybody else thinks about her" part and the thing about her emotions, plus it sounded kind of cool. But, is she very reckless, though? Maybe that name would be good for a different Toon Patrol OC. :/

"Sassy Weasel/Stoat" sounds pretty good, especially given how half of the Toon Patrol weasels' names are adjectives ending in "y."

And, when I think of sassy people, I usually think of girls first, so the name "Sassy" would somewhat help emphasize that she's female. "Cutthroat" is pretty cool, too, but I think "sassy" would be a bit better, since it describes a personality trait.

... Looking through the thesaurus I found a few more names.
-
Sassy (which will suit well with her attitude and language)

Cutthroat (it will also be suiting since her signature weapon is a switchblade)
def: murderous and ruthless

Streetwise
def: attuned to and adept at surviving in an urban, poor and often criminal environment
-
One thing I also found was the phrase "dressed to kill" and I can totally imagine that term applying to her. XD

Well she isn't very reckless... but I think the words 'impulsive' and 'rash' seem to fit her personality well.

Aye, it's a 'her'. And thank you for the other name suggestion.
