Description Since I've already given the link to download Paint.Net to two of my friends...I decided to make a tutorial for creating a glowing thing/creature. And since I like to draw teeth....yeah.
Yes, it is a cat's mouth. No, it's not using some funky toothpaste. Though it may need to brush more often....
If you can't read some of the first few labels, I'll type them to you.
Also, if you need the link to download, i can give it to you, just ask. It's a pretty cool program! (no i don't even have a tablet, this is all by mouse)

draw each thing on a different layer...yus.
but with the outline, before you color it, duplicate it, then color the first one.
