I failed with Mirage though, but my main focus was the background <3
I'm really starting to enjoy doing backgrounds nowadays c:
Still need moar practice though <3
So yah... I cheated with the clouds c: I'm too lazy to create them on my own for the moment <3
The shading sucks... x'D Flah... This is one of the few times I don't have a 'real' light source, so... pretend the sun is like... behind the camera k? Gewd
This one is kinda like a 'twin drawing' with... another one I've made :'D

It's good that there are some parts of the sea which are darker and has no sparkles to show the 'wavelets' (in other words, small waves 
But the problem with the sea is that it kind of looks too 'magical' and somehow reminds me of a thick liquid substance (a glittery slime for example XD). You can try to add some thin lines to indicate the wavelets on the surface of the sea.
As for the shading (on the sandy beach), the only problem I see happens to be the shadow missing from under Mirage's boots. (Ah who cares, I'm just pointing out some stuff you'd missed.) As for the source of light, I'd rather say it is directly in the middle of the sky.
