On a more serious note though. I reaaaally miss drawing some old characters of mine. Can hardly remember when drawing them nowadays. And yes school. You do take up a lot of my time. But srsly. I need to draw other things. I need to friggin have time to practice. And I'm getting rusty at this point with using mah deer photoshop.
awell, it's nice to get some stuff out of the system.

This one came popping out during a class.

Okay~ 8D Nothing changed- *shot*
Honestly speaking, this one song about satellites and loneliness keeps going on replay in my head a majority of the times that I see a lonely drawing of Cassiopeia. It's as if that song fits her, given how she keeps wandering from universe to universe for... whatever reason that she has. :'D
It's been a while since I'd last given a critique to a drawing, so here's my two cents regarding your picture, my friend. The first that I noticed AND fell in love with was Cassiopeia's fitting one-piece bodysuit that compliments her ability to travel in space, not that there is any drag in outer space to begin with. That's why I didn't bother with her previous attire every time that I see a picture of Cassiopeia, though it does bring into question as to where that attire came from, and what kind of material is it made from. :/ At least you've incorporated some of her previous attire's design into the new one, because that gem on her chest is one of the things I remember Cassiopeia by. And her majestic wings as well, never forget that!
Cause that's what I will talk about next: her wings. I like how you'd given Cassiopeia's wings an upgrade into much rounder corners so that they won't snag at anything if she were to accidentally visit a planet and... yeah. That's only if she ever visits a planet, given how much she has changed since the last time that I saw her. XD Anyways, the wings look much prettier now, though I do miss the pointy-ness of her previous wing design.
And now, onto the single little mistake that I've spotted on Cassiopeia's anatomy~ Her lower legs (the part between one's thigh and foot... however the anatomists call them! D:<) appear mismatched from one another, and there are two reasons as to why I'd said so. The first one would be because of her left leg that appears shorter (and more awkward) than her right leg, or was it supposed to be the other way round? The second problem would be because of her left leg (again) looks skinnier than her right. And I'm rather surprised that you'd given her toes as well. O_o
Overall, it's good to be able to see Cassiopeia again, after a long time of not seeing her~ You've also improved tremendously, which I find your drawings to be more beautiful with each new picture that you upload. c:

Yea, Well I have had a kind of conflict with her attire for so long (mainly due to the skirt) sooo something more sleek and fitting for her to be able to do all kinds of twists and turns without anything flapping in the vacuum... wait.... that would't work anyway... ARGH VACUUM. Y U SO COMPLICATED!? As for what it should be made off.... oh gosh idk x'D STARDUST.... or something <3 Just for it to make 1% more sense
Yea the wings. I think I was a bit conflicted by them in their old form. I always had a hard time being able to 'move' them in any different ways than them just being either completely folded out or chilling and hanging down. So the new design was for more movement measures in mind :'> And I kinda went nuts with the roundness of it but kept some of the pointyness at the tips just to still have the feeling there.
ARGH. I'd say it does give out a crappy feeling for my anatomy with the legs. What I did try out there was that 'her' left leg is more twisted towards the camera while her left is more in profile as the rest of the body is drawn in. xD But yea I canz see the problem. It does put off the feeling one of the legs are longer than the other x'D

An attire made out of stardust... I don't see how that works, but it makes sense regardless, given that stardust is a real material, and how Cassiopeia came into existence in the first place. c: Besides, how is one able to tell which side is up and which side is down in the vacuum to begin with? ;D There might be a possibility that Cassiopeia has been travelling upside down for the most of her life, or.... GACK! SPACE. Y U SO COMPLICATED FOR ME TO UNDERSTAND?!?
Haha~ I can imagine her folded wing-pieces having the occasional problem of snagging onto... whatever material that can catch a sharp pointy tip as those on her previous wing design. XD Like a piece of cloth, or... something. :>
Then again, it's always good to go YOLO with a design without a back-up plan. 
Well, you could've added a bit of shading on her left leg to show that it was bent naturally at her knee. Then again, she's in outer space, with loads and loads of stars in so many directions that the light source can come from ANYWHERE. XD Just give yourself a pat on the shoulder; you did your best with the small details on Cassiopeia, right down to the soft shading on her joints to show that she isn't some corporeal being that floats in outer space.
I should've taken that into consideration when I wrote that critique. This is what happens when one goes onto dA an hour after dawn.
