*I gotta learn to throw a pre-loader in these things*So this is my last animation for my Animation I class. I figured I'd go for something a bit over the top in the "sappy" department since it is the end of the semester. V:
I feel that it turned out pretty well. A bit stiff and choppy at parts, but it is viewable.
With this completed animation wrapping up my exam week, I'm finally free to work on more bigger and personal projects this summer!

I use the program Flash, and a Wacom tablet to draw. The still images were done in SAI.
As for the actual "doing" part, it usually goes Storyboarding/Animatic > Key Frames > In-betweens > "Inking" > Coloring > Effects > Process/Render

That's what I'm hoping for.
I had most of the animatic/sketches completed sometime last week, but I only got to inking, coloring, and finishing touches starting from Tuesday night all the way up to the moment this was submitted here.
Suffice to say, I've gotten very little sleep and my psyche has taken a pretty heavy hit doing so much in such a short amount of time...

Which sometimes makes me wonder if animating is something I truly wanna go and pursue. But when an animation actually turns out well, it feels worth it in the end. Such conflicting emotions. D:

Yeah, hence why animation is one of those jobs that can turn people insane. It's a extremely rough process getting it done, yet when it's finished you get this huge sense of accomplishment.
